Join your beginner group

Choose the program that fits your schedule. Everyone is new or returning, so you are never the only beginner.

You belong from day one

Train twice each week

Your instructor and TA team guide warm up, beginner moves, recap time and cool down. Your first session includes a welcome chat and mini studio intro.

We guide you every step

Grow faster than you expect

With regular classes, your 1 to 1 PT, coaching emails and friendly check ins, you will build strength and confidence faster than you expect.

Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know before starting

No experience is needed at all. The Momentum Method is designed specifically for complete beginners. We teach everything from scratch and our coaches are experts at making everyone feel comfortable.
You don't need to be fit or strong to start. We meet you exactly where you are. Every move has variations, so you can work at a level that feels challenging but achievable. Strength will come as you train.
Comfortable workout clothes you can move in. For pole, we recommend shorts and a tank top (skin grip helps). For aerial hoop and silks, leggings and a fitted top work well. We'll send you a full guide before you start.
Life happens! If you need to miss a session, just let us know. We can often arrange a catch-up in another beginner class, or your coach will help you recap at your next session.
After completing the programme, you'll have the option to continue into our regular beginner classes. Many students go on to progress through our structured levels, but there's no pressure – you move at your own pace.
Yes! Both our Gloucester HQ and Cheltenham Bournside studios have free parking available for students.
